Terms of Service — Savner dig

1. Who we are

Savner dig (the "Service") is operated by Nariman Mohammed Ali Saker ("we", "us"), based in Denmark. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Not medical or clinical advice

Savner dig is a support and information platform. It does not provide medical, psychological or clinical treatment. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, call Livslinien on 70 201 201 or emergency services on 112.

3. Intellectual property

All content on Savner dig — including the name, brand, logo, design, copy, illustrations, audio, source code and underlying concept — is the exclusive property of Nariman Mohammed Ali Saker and is protected by Danish and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

copy, reproduce, mirror, scrape or republish any part of the Service;
create derivative works, clones, ports or translations;
use the Service or its content to train any machine-learning model;
use the name "Savner dig" or any similar name for your own product;
reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.

Unauthorised use will be pursued under the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven) and applicable EU law.

4. User content

When you share a memory, photo, story or message, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it on the Service. You must not post content that is illegal, harassing, identifying of others without consent, or otherwise harmful.

5. Moderation

We may remove any content and suspend any account at our discretion, particularly where safety, dignity or the law is at stake.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Denmark.
